The layout of the coffee house presented some immediate challenges when considering the transitions within the space.
Muralman Inc. prefers to look at challenges as opportunities and in this case that's just what we made of it. One wall slanted in and up, creating a nook for small chairs and tables. That's where we put the sky, creating a sense that the guest is at an outdoor cafe.
Along the other wall we installed molding, creating a physical break, separating it further in appearance from the opposite wall while providing an opportunity to hang framed artwork if desired.
